Die Peak Per­so­nal GmbH (im Fol­gen­den «wir», «uns» oder «unsere») ist sich der Bedeu­tung des Schut­zes Ihrer per­sön­li­chen Daten bewusst. Diese Daten­schutz­er­klä­rung erläu­tert, wie wir Ihre per­sön­li­chen Daten erfas­sen, ver­wen­den, offen­le­gen und schüt­zen, ins­be­son­dere im Zusam­men­hang mit der Wei­ter­gabe an Dritte.

Coll­ec­tion and Use of Per­so­nal Data

We coll­ect and use per­so­nal data to pro­vide high-qua­lity job pla­ce­ment ser­vices to our cli­ents. Howe­ver, the types of per­so­nal data we coll­ect and dis­c­lose are limi­ted to:

  • Per­so­nal data and cont­act infor­ma­tion, inclu­ding name(s), title, govern­ment-issued iden­ti­fiers, mobile and/or pri­vate num­ber, email address, home address, citizenship/nationality/residence, gen­der, marital sta­tus, date of birth, age.
  • Employ­ment infor­ma­tion, inclu­ding resume and cover let­ter, degrees, aca­de­mic records, licenses/professional affi­lia­ti­ons, certificates/awards, infor­ma­tion about work eli­gi­bi­lity and work per­mit, details of your citi­zen­ship, natio­na­lity, and/or resi­dence, infor­ma­tion about your appli­ca­tion and our eva­lua­tion the­reof, any checks we con­duct to verify the infor­ma­tion pro­vi­ded or back­ground checks, as well as third-party refe­rence information.
  • Cri­mi­nal con­vic­tions. Where appli­ca­ble, we will coll­ect infor­ma­tion about cri­mi­nal con­vic­tions as part of the recruit­ment process.

Dis­clo­sure of Per­so­nal Data to Third Parties

We may dis­c­lose your per­so­nal data to poten­tial employ­ers to assist you in fin­ding sui­ta­ble career oppor­tu­ni­ties. These third par­ties are requi­red to treat your per­so­nal data in accordance with appli­ca­ble data pro­tec­tion laws and are only per­mit­ted to use it for the spe­ci­fied pur­pose. Peak Per­so­nal GmbH assu­mes no respon­si­bi­lity for the data pro­tec­tion prac­ti­ces of third par­ties to whom per­so­nal data is disclosed.

  • Right to infor­ma­tion: You are entit­led to request con­fir­ma­tion from us at any time as to whe­ther we are pro­ces­sing per­so­nal data about you, and you have the right to request a copy of the per­so­nal data stored about you and cer­tain infor­ma­tion about its use. 
  • Right to rec­ti­fi­ca­tion: We take reasonable steps to ensure that the infor­ma­tion we hold about you is accu­rate and com­plete. Howe­ver, if you doubt this, you may ask us to update or change this information. 
  • Right to era­sure: You have the right to request that we delete your per­so­nal data, for exam­ple, if the per­so­nal data we have coll­ec­ted is no lon­ger neces­sary for the ori­gi­nal pur­pose or you revoke your consent. 
  • Right to rest­ric­tion of pro­ces­sing: You have the right to ask us to stop using your per­so­nal data, for exam­ple, if you believe that the per­so­nal data is inac­cu­rate or no lon­ger needs to be used. 
  • Right to object: You have the right to object to pro­ces­sing based on our legi­ti­mate inte­rests, which is the case here. 
  • Right to with­draw con­sent: If we rely on your con­sent to pro­cess your per­so­nal data, you have the right to with­draw your con­sent to fur­ther use of your per­so­nal data at any time. With­dra­wal of your con­sent does not affect the pre­vious pro­ces­sing of your per­so­nal data. 
  • Right to lodge a com­plaint: You have the right to lodge a com­plaint with us or a super­vi­sory authority.
