Gene\u00adral Terms and Con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons (GTC) for the Refer\u00adral Pro\u00adgram of Peak Per\u00adso\u00adnal GmbH<\/strong><\/p><\/div>

  1. Scope<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    Diese All\u00adge\u00admei\u00adnen Gesch\u00e4fts\u00adbe\u00addin\u00adgun\u00adgen (nach\u00adfol\u00adgend \u00abAGB\u00bb) gel\u00adten f\u00fcr das Emp\u00adfeh\u00adlungs\u00adpro\u00adgramm der Peak Per\u00adso\u00adnal GmbH (nach\u00adfol\u00adgend \u00abPeak Per\u00adso\u00adnal\u00bb), bei dem Per\u00adso\u00adnen die M\u00f6g\u00adlich\u00adkeit haben, poten\u00adzi\u00adelle Kon\u00adtakte f\u00fcr Fest\u00adstel\u00adlen\u00adver\u00admitt\u00adlun\u00adgen an Peak Per\u00adso\u00adnal wei\u00adter\u00adzu\u00adlei\u00adten und daf\u00fcr eine Pro\u00advi\u00adsion gem\u00e4\u00df den Bedin\u00adgun\u00adgen die\u00adser AGB zu erhalten.<\/p>

    1. Con\u00adfir\u00adma\u00adtion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      By using our web\u00adsite and ser\u00advices, you expressly agree to be bound by these Gene\u00adral Terms and Con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons (GTC). Your use of our web\u00adsite and ser\u00advices con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtes your uncon\u00addi\u00adtio\u00adnal accep\u00adtance of these GTC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>

      1. Eli\u00adgi\u00adbi\u00adlity for Participation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        Eli\u00adgi\u00adble for par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion in the refer\u00adral pro\u00adgram are indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adals who are of legal age and have the capa\u00adcity to enter into legal contracts.<\/p>

        1. Refer\u00adrals<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          Indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adals wis\u00adhing to refer poten\u00adtial cont\u00adacts for job pla\u00adce\u00adments to Peak Per\u00adso\u00adnal must do so elec\u00adtro\u00adni\u00adcally by sub\u00admit\u00adting the cont\u00adact details of the poten\u00adtial cont\u00adact to Peak Personal.<\/p>

          The refer\u00adral of a cont\u00adact by an eli\u00adgi\u00adble per\u00adson does not gua\u00adran\u00adtee suc\u00adcessful pla\u00adce\u00adment by Peak Personal.<\/p>

          1. Com\u00admis\u00adsion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            F\u00fcr jeden erfolg\u00adrei\u00adchen Kon\u00adtakt, der von Peak Per\u00adso\u00adnal an Dritte ver\u00admit\u00adtelt wird und der min\u00addes\u00adtens 100 Tage am neuen Arbeits\u00adort t\u00e4tig ist, erh\u00e4lt die Per\u00adson, die den Kon\u00adtakt wei\u00adter\u00adge\u00adlei\u00adtet hat, eine Pro\u00advi\u00adsion in H\u00f6he von CHF 1000 (nach\u00adfol\u00adgend \u00abPro\u00advi\u00adsion\u00bb).<\/p>

            The Com\u00admis\u00adsion will be paid to the eli\u00adgi\u00adble per\u00adson within 45 days after the expi\u00adra\u00adtion of the 100-day work period of the refer\u00adred cont\u00adact, and only if the cli\u00adent has paid.<\/p>

            1. Pay\u00adment Conditions<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              The Com\u00admis\u00adsion will only be paid if the refer\u00adred cont\u00adact com\u00adple\u00adtes the full 100-day work period at the new place of employ\u00adment and the cli\u00adent has fully paid the pla\u00adce\u00adment fee to Peak Personal.<\/p>

              If the refer\u00adred cont\u00adact lea\u00adves before the expi\u00adra\u00adtion of the 100-day work period at the new place of employ\u00adment, there is no entit\u00adle\u00adment to the Commission.<\/p>

              1. Data Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                By for\u00adwar\u00adding cont\u00adact details of ano\u00adther per\u00adson to Peak Per\u00adso\u00adnal, you agree that you are aut\u00adho\u00adri\u00adzed to dis\u00adc\u00adlose these data and that you have obtai\u00adned the neces\u00adsary cons\u00adents or appr\u00adovals from the affec\u00adted person.<\/p>

                As the cont\u00adact pro\u00advi\u00adder, you are respon\u00adsi\u00adble for ensu\u00adring com\u00adpli\u00adance with data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons and for informing the affec\u00adted per\u00adson about the dis\u00adclo\u00adsure of their data to Peak Personal.<\/p>

                Peak Per\u00adso\u00adnal under\u00adta\u00adkes to treat the trans\u00admit\u00adted data in accordance with appli\u00adca\u00adble data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion laws and to use it exclu\u00adsi\u00advely for the pur\u00adpose of job placements<\/p>

                1. Chan\u00adges and Termination<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  Peak Per\u00adso\u00adnal reser\u00adves the right to amend or ter\u00admi\u00adnate these AGB as well as the refer\u00adral pro\u00adgram at any time wit\u00adhout lia\u00adbi\u00adlity to the eli\u00adgi\u00adble per\u00adsons.
